My mission is to support individuals who are stuck in indecision, decision paralysis, and overwhelm. Through my 1:1 coaching method called The Decision Reset Programme, I can help you work through the decision paralysis so that you can regain control of your life.

French‑British. Raised between two cultures, fluent in both English and French.

Why Life and Mindset Coaching?

Over time, I became unfulfilled, not because of my environment, but rather because of my own lack of clear direction: I no longer enjoyed this specific path of growth

It became clear to me that I was no longer aligned with my personal goals. I felt stuck, unsure of how to proceed. I didn't know where to start.

Diversifying was not a novelty for me as I have always had varied passions: I trained as a yoga teacher, completed an MBA course, and even launched a small body care business. Yet I felt a deep pull to pursue something more in line with what I wanted to achieve. That’s when coaching came into focus.

As I navigated major life changes, I became an accredited life coach. It solidified my mission to help others navigate those pivotal moments when your future seems uncertain, your confidence is gone, and you feel stuck without a clear roadmap. Mindset coaching became the way I could help people reconnect where they are now with where they want to be by treating the individual as a whole, taking a holistic approach, rather than focusing on just one aspect of their life.

Integrating Neuroscience into Mindset Coaching

It was through my 1:1 coaching practice and conversations with clients that I became increasingly passionate about the reason we often focus on, and repeat, similar patterns in our lives. With advanced training in neuroscience coaching, I now integrate an understanding of brain function, behavioural triggers, and coping mechanisms to help my clients recognise the patterns that often underpin indecision and overwhelm.

This science-informed approach forms the foundation of my structured, tailored and professional coaching offering. Through each stage of the programme, mindset coaching based on science-backed evidence will anchor the change you are looking to achieve.

The Hidden Challenges of Decision Paralysis

I’ve seen first hand how isolating it can be to build a business or navigate the pressures and sacrifices that come with success.

The higher you climb, the fewer people you can genuinely talk to yet filled with constant decision-making. What the world sees on the outside often doesn’t reflect the inner experience and decision fatigue can shake even the strongest sense of self.

Adversity arises in our lives through stress, pressure, or overwhelm.

How we meet it and the patterns we reinforce will ultimately determine whether we remain stuck or move forward into a new, more aligned direction.

My role in mindset coaching is to help clients identify and recognise these patterns, and shift from unconscious, unhealthy responses to healthier, more adaptive ones. This is not about eliminating stress, but about building resilience and recognising choice in how we respond to it. This mindset coaching will percolate throughout the programme allowing for a renewed perspective on the challenges you are faced with.

Science shows us that the brain is capable of change. We can form new neural pathways and loosen the grip of old ones. Change is not only possible, it is measurable. Through neuroplasticity, the brain has the ability to form new neural pathways, meaning we can genuinely change how we think, feel, and act. In other words, we are shaped by what we repeatedly think, believe, and do.

Neuroplasticity informs us that we all have the capacity to change the path we are on, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
