Personal life coaching
to achieve fulfilling goals.
My mission is to empower individuals to achieve fulfilment in all areas of their lives through holistic life coaching. By addressing both work and personal spheres, I help people make better decisions and ultimately lead happier lives.
I see patterns that you might not notice. I see red flags that you might have ignored—both in your work and your personal life. Often, we repeat what feels comfortable without realising it.

My Background
I have not always been this clear on my own path.
I studied International Relations with Spanish at the University of London, lived in Madrid, pursued a career in fashion and editorial in Paris. Later, I completed a law degree specialising in corporate law and debt finance. Although law was not the right career for me, it landed me my first job in Finance—all before I turned 30.For nearly 10 years I worked in Finance within the commodities sector—a competitive and cyclical environment. I learned about global markets, environmental factors, and the constant need to adapt to thrive in a high-achieving environment. Despite not being a timid person, I often wrestled with imposter syndrome, second-guessing myself with every decision and felt out of my depth, which led to a lack of confidence at times.
Yet, these challenges enabled me to grow, both personally and professionally. I noticed that with each tough experience, I persevered closer towards my goals.

Why
Personal Life Coaching
Over time, I became unfulfilled—not because of my environment, but rather because of my own self: I no longer enjoyed this specific path of growth.
It became clear to me that my direction was no longer aligned with my personal goals. I felt stuck, unsure of how to proceed.I have always had diverse passions: I trained as a yoga teacher, completed an MBA course, and even launched a small body care business. But I felt a deep pull to realign with something more meaningful. That’s when coaching came into focus.
As I navigated major life changes, I became an accredited life coach. It solidified my mission to help others navigating those pivotal moments when confidence is gone, uncertainty has taken over, and you feel stuck without a roadmap. Personal life coaching became the way I could help people reconnect where they are with where they want to be—treating the individual as a whole, not just one aspect of their life.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it’s like to question your path—because I’ve lived it.
When I transitioned out of a corporate finance career, I had to redefine what fulfilment meant to me. Life is nuanced, and when things don’t go to plan, it can feel impossible to get back on track. During this transition, I also found it challenging to rebuild my own confidence.
By combining my experiences with my professional coaching training, it means I’m not just coaching from theory. I understand the pressure, the imposter thoughts, the uncertainty. With the tools, structure, and support of coaching, I know that I can help you navigate your own pivotal life changes, in a way that will help you move forwards in the direction you want to go towards.

Values
In an unregulated industry, building a professional coaching business is incredibly important to me. With so many coaches out there, it can be hard to know what to look for or what to believe. That’s why my coaching is transparent: professional, tailored, and grounded in integrity.
Tailored
Honouring the complexity of each individual. There's no one-size-fits-all model here.
Authentic
Saying what we mean, doing what we say, and building trust through every step.
Grounded
Meeting people where they are, and guiding them forward with care and clarity.
